How I work
Initial Consultation
When you get in touch by email or phone, I will invite you to an initial session which can be on-line or in-person. This will be an opportunity to explore the issues and challenges you are facing in a safe and confidential space. We will establish the focus for your counselling and together we will discuss the best way forward to meet your needs.

Fees £60 for 60 minutes
Counselling sessions
I am currently offering in-person sessions in central Cambridge and on-line sessions both of which take place on a weekly basis for either short term or long term counselling support.
Fees £60 for 50 minutes
I may also be able to offer concessionary rates which will be discussed at the initial consultation.
